Renovation of a municipal facility in Miles City, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids will be received for a single General Contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work. Each prime contractor and his/her subcontractors shall comply with the Montana Contractor law and shall have a certificate of Registration from the State of Montana, Department of Workforce Services. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to award the contract for the bid considered to be best suited to the needs of the Facility and/or in the best interests of the Owner: and to waive informalities. The Owner reserves the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities and to contact bidders for clarification or additional information.
