The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "OMB/DFM CONTRACT NO. MJ1002000074 - KC FIRE MARSHAL HVAC - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN." Project involves the replacement of the existing water source heat pumps, unit heaters, heating ventilators, and exhaust fans serving the Kent County Fire Marshal's Office in Dover, Delaware. Project involves the replacement of heat pumps, heating ventilators, a hot water coil, unit heaters, electric cabinet heaters, and exhaust fans served by the boiler and air-cooled chiller systems and the installation of an Energy Recovery Unit on the roof.
