Replace rooftop Air Handling Unit This project is for the replacement of the Reznor Air Handling Unit located on the north roof of the gym building at Ridge View A. Provide labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the replacement of the existing Reznor Air Handling Unit with new Reznor RPBL-1200 - Disconnect and removal of AHU. - Furnish and install (1) Reznor RPBL-1200 AHU. o Reuse existing curb. o Furnish and install (1) new flex. Existing duct transition from AHU flex connector to DX coil housing will be reused. o AHU manufacturers startup. - Reconnect ductwork, electrical, fire alarm and natural gas. - Crane/Hoisting Eligibility: HVAC contractor with a minimum of 5 years' experience holding contracts up to $500,000 Service/Delivery Area: 28101 E Quincy Ave. Watkins CO 80137 Anticipated Contract Start Date ; October 2024 Anticipated Contract Term :12 months Question Deadline 09/13/2024 at 10:00 AM MT Questions submitted to : jamie.gott@state.co.us Quote Rejection.
