The County of Lincoln seeks sealed proposals from qualified and licensed companies that can do business in the State of New Mexico to provide consulting and construction management services as follows to the County of Lincoln and shall be responsible for assisting Lincoln County in emergency recovery activities. Lincoln County is seeking an appropriate firm to assist with consulting, construction management and all disaster recovery and related services. The need results from the current South Fork/Salt Disaster Declaration DR 4795 and other directly related emergencies or disasters during the term of this contract including future events. This will include managing such programs, but not limited to: FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA 404 and 406 Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs, or the FEMA Community Disaster Loan (CDL); NRCS; DHSEM and Other agencies or programs as deemed necessary. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any and all responses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
