The St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District") is seeking submittals from interested firms to construct a wingwall associated with a 6,500 cubic feet per second water control structure in an active canal environment with discharges through three vertical lift gates, including rehabilitation of a manatee overlook. The Work is located at Structure S-157 on the C-54 Canal east of Interstate 95, adjacent to St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park in Brevard County, Florida. Interested and qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals shall address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required.
