Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work includes design services for the demolition of sod soccer, baseball, and softball sports fields and replace with synthetic turf system. In addition, xeriscape system installation on grounds surrounding sports fields that includes concrete mow curbs, ADA access, erosion control, discus and shot put, and field equipment storage pads. The construction estimate for the project is: $8,500,000.00 Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB, and B. The Owner's representative is: Tawney Cano, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710 x5307. The A/E representative is: Matt Durham, SLA Land Architects, and may be reached at 702-597-3108. The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field,softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turfsystems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, rock maintenance paths, erosion control and sports field accessories. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be made directly to the A/E in writing, not less than nine (9) calendar days before date set for receipt of Bids
