Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ellsworth, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: To provide construction of building, to be utilized for the storage of Ellsworth Police Department vehicle and office space at 9615 Main Street, Ellsworth, MI 49729. Proposed work includes: Permit(s), drainage, concrete, building 24 x 40 x 10 with floor drain, no heat needed, office area framed in, window, 8 feet tall roll up door, and entry door. The Village of Ellsworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids and to accept any bids which in the opinion of the Village Council may be most advantageous to the Village of Ellsworth and in accordance with the Village's Award Process and other bidding documents. Bid Bond: Successful bidders who are $30,000 or more will be required to furnish Satisfactory and Payments bond by a Treasury listed surety in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the bond(s) shall be included in the cost of each bid. Contract Award: The Village of Ellsworth reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
