The Scope of Work for the Project includes Cleaning, CCTV, Lining of Sanitary Sewers, and Reinstatement of Sewer Laterals. The City of Wilber reserves all right to reject any or all bids and to waive the irregularities or informalities in any bid received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City of Wilber, at any time and under conditions stipulated in the instructions.
