Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to complete the elevator modernization (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the Manitoba School for the Deaf, 242 Stradford Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Manitoba also intends to award an agreement (in accordance with Appendix D terms and conditions) to the successful contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for an initial term of three (3) years. The agreement shall not begin until construction and one year warranty period is complete. Form D4: Price Form (Part 2 - Elevator Maintenance Services) will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of bids. Bid Bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Bid Price The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by April 25, 2025. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to Form D8, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price for Part 1, Modernization, as per Form D3: Form of Offer. Manitoba will reject any Bid submitted by a Bidder who does not demonstrate in their Bid or in other information required or requested to be submitted, that the Bidder is responsible and qualified. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
