The Winter School District is requesting bids for snow plowing at the East and West parking lots and also at the bus garage parking lot. This bid is for an annual seasonal contract to start with the 2024-2025 winter season. The District will generally require snow removal services on accumulations of 1 inch or more, but may require services on a call in basis. Successful bidder will be required to have equipment and personnel to ensure the facilities will be plowed and ready for service prior to 6:30 AM and afternoon bus departure times and will be responsible for any damages. Interested bidders will be required to provide a list of equipment and personnel they have for snow removal and the rate for each snow plowing event. List should demonstrate the bidder's ability to supply the services required in the time available. Proof of insurance will also be required. The Winter School District does not discriminate based on federal and state guidelines. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids
