(APC) is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant or consultant team to develop a comprehensive 10-Year Park Capital Development Plan. The consultant will work in two phases, utilizing existing APC reports, conducting internal and external stakeholder engagement, and aligning with the strategic objectives outlined in the APC Strategic Plan. The Plan will focus on improvements to buildings and exhibits, enhancing visitor experiences, accessibility, community inclusion, sustainable operations, and conservation efforts, with a total implementation budget of approximately $130 million over ten years. This plan will focus on the key areas of APC's operations including the Zoo, Park and Community. Term: 2024/11/25 01:00:00 PM EST - 2026/01/31 01:00:00 PM EST The services are anticipated to commence on 2024-11-25 APC, in its entire discretion, may reject or accept a Proposal. APC is under no obligation whatsoever to accept any Proposal or to select the Proposal offering the lowest price for the Services.
