A. Project Title: FY25 Multiple Award Paving Contract (MAPC) Program, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) B. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. C. Targeting to award eight (8) small business paving contractors under NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45,000,000. D. Project performance period is scheduled for a two (2) year base plus three (3), two (2) year option periods. E. The guaranteed minimum amount of the life of this contract is $500 payable following attendance at a mandatory post-award conference. F. The total aggregate ceiling value of this program is $45 million for base plus all option years. G. The "seed project" magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. H. A Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of the proposed amount will be required for the sample project. I. The pre-proposal conference and site visit information can be found in Section L. Period of Performance From 12 Sep 2025 To 11 Sep 2027 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
