2111007 This IFB is for interested bidders to submit a bid for Community Lawn Care and Maintenance Services for various OPWDD sites, according to the specifications, terms and conditions as enumerated in "Scope of Work" of this IFB. OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Lawn Care and Maintenance Services in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Putnam, and Ulster Counties. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to mowing of lawns and performance of clean-up services. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Lawn Care and Maintenance Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest cost. Prevailing wage will apply to this contract. Final Date for Receipt of Questions 18 September 2024 Questions that are emailed must be submitted via email address to eny.nyc.li.contracthub@opwdd.ny.gov, and should reference the IFB title name and number in the subject line of the email. Contract start date (subject to change) 25 March 2025 The term of this contract will be defined in the Contract Agreement, but is anticipated to be a five- year contract, unless an amendment is mutually agreed upon by both parties and approved by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC). No late proposals will be considered if the delay in submission results from the fault of the bidder or from any factor within the direct or indirect control of the bidder OPWDD reserves the right to use any and all ideas presented in any response to the IFB. Selection or rejection of any proposal does not affect this right. OPWDD shall also have unlimited rights to disclose or duplicate, for any purpose whatsoever, all information or other work product developed, derived, documented or furnished by the Bidder under any agreement resulting from this IFB.
