The City of Broken Arrow Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and equip a state-of-the-art Real-Time Information Center (RTIC). The RTIC will serve as a centralized hub for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to real-time crime data, thereby enhancing the citys public safety capabilities. Any questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP should be directed to Kimber Pittman The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal that best meets the city needs. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: Design: Design and recommend a video wall system and equipment to support our RTIC. Equipment Supply: Provide all necessary video wall components and video conferencing capabilities, including but not limited to: High-resolution LED/LCD display panels or TVs. Video wall controllers and processors. Mounting systems and brackets. Video cabling and connections. Audio components. Any additional accessories required for system functionality. Mandatory Requirements: No more than 16 HDMI inputs Video-conferencing capabilities Maximum Video Wall Size 31 9 by 4 5 Installation: Install the video wall system in the designated RTIC area, ensuring proper alignment, cabling, and connectivity.
