Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brookfield, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposed work includes, but not limited to: construction of new roadway and infrastructure through archaeological and environmentally sensitive areas. Each Tender must be accompanied by Bid Bonds or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the Tendered Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bond as specified in the Bid Documents. The contractor will consider the "Tendered Price" as identified in the bid form. The Owner holds the right to accept all, or portions, of the prices as indicated on the bid form. Upon award the contractor will enter into a CCDC 2 standard construction contract with the owner and consultant all stipulations, holdbacks and contractual requirements must be upheld by the contractor.
