Water Treatment Plant 16: The major elements of work associated with the Improvements at the Water Treatment Plant include, but are not limited to: o The equipment within this project is electrical equipment. Demolition and replacement of existing freestanding variable frequency drives for well pumps, high service pumps, backwash pump, and backwash reclaim pumps. o Demolition and replacement of 480V 3 phase panelboards feeding power to variable frequency drives, miscellaneous equipment, and includes replacement of associated cable and conduit. Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
