The intent of the limited hazardous materials survey was to identify suspect ACM, PCBcontaining caulk, mold and universal waste/miscellaneous suspect hazardous materialscontaining items that are located within designated areas of Hostel No. 9766 and may be impacted during a proposed kitchen renovation project. The limited hazardous materials survey was conducted for the subject areas, as directed by Michael Tyler, representing DASNY.
