The maintenance of the Municipality's winter roads is 22.38 km long and the portion of the Saint-Cléophas collector road belonging to the MTMD is 5.38 km long, for a total of 27.61 km. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received and reserves the right to modify certain ranges, roads and/or streets of its communication routes. The Municipality disclaims any liability that may result from each of the bidders following this request. The Municipality disclaims all responsibility that may result to each of the bidders following this request. Take into consideration that the estimate of the Municipality and the MTMD are complementary, please read carefully who are the charges and responsibilities. Delivery schedule: The Contractor must begin winter maintenance work as soon as the first snowfall occurs and complete it after the last snowfall in the spring, when all the work required in the specifications has been completed; this applies to each year of the contract.
