Backfill with Birds Eye Pea shading around the pipe and CMB above the shading, per contractors "means and methods. All questions related to this bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Belgin Cuhadaroglu at cuhadaroglub@san-clemente.org no later than September 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
