Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Jamestown, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of August 18, 2025, this project is on hold. There is no information at this time on if and when progress might resume. The Town of Busti, County of Chautauqua, State of New York hereby requests sealed bid proposals for a Project consisting of the construction of a 50 x 60 steel building at the Busti Highway Department, 3646 Lawson Road, Jamestown, New York 14701. The Bidder to whom the contract may be awarded shall be prepared to offer sureties and sign the Contract for the Work within seven (7) days after the date of the Notice of Award. In case of Bidder's failure to do so, or in case of Bidder's failure to give further security as herein prescribed, the Bidder will be considered as having abandoned the same, and the certified check or other bid security accompanying Bidder's proposal shall be forfeited to the Town of Busti. All bidders are subject to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and all bid proposals shall contain a signed, non-collusive certificate as specified in the bid document. The Town of Busti reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids submitted.
