The Neshannock Township Supervisors hereby invite sealed written bids for the Kingswood Drive Culvert Replacement Project. Bids must be upon the forms furnished by Neshannock Township. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Neshannock Township. Neshannock Township reserves the right to accept any bid, which in their judgment may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates shall be used on this project.
