Reference Number 0000424355 The City of East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals for companies to provide an install an LED lighting project on the exterior or a skywalk in East Lansing. To further beautify downtown East Lansing, the DDA will contract with a company to provide and install a color-changing LED lighting system on the exterior of the skywalk crossing Albert Ave., connecting the Marriott with the Charles Street Parking Garage (otherwise known as "Skywalk".)
