Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Street Improvement on Penn Avenue which shall consist of the following: 550 ton Superpave Binder Course 100 ton Selective Borrow Excavation (2RC) 845 SY Asphalt Prime Coat (MC-70): OPTIONAL WORK The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Borough of West Middlesex. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Prevailing wages will be applicable if project is $100,000.00 and greater. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
