Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boscawen, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor will be responsible for: Providing services to properly close one (1) 2,000-gallon underground DSL / #2 fuel oil storage tank. The removal and disposal of UST tank and associated piping. The removal of a #2 fuel oil burner & installation of a new propane fuel burner according to the Specifications provided. Constructing a tank slab as needed, providing underground gas line trenching and installation, needed regulators, and pressure tests. Placement location of the new tank. The County is flexible but desires the best site possible so as not to impede winter snow and ice removal. Providing documentation and digital pictures of the UST removal process to the owner for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. Coordinating the tank installation with the County propane fuel vendor (Haffner's). Replacement paving is in the County's Scope of Work and not part of this RFP.
