Renovation of a hospitality development in Saint Ignace, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
The project scope of work is for the general construction for a exterior door replacement project at the Main Entrance vestibule of the facility which includes, but not limited to: minor demolition for door replacement, sliding automatic doors, flooring, aluminum storefront framing, painting, metal studs, gypsum board, minor mechanical/electrical for coordinated door install and air curtain remove/replace. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be submitted on the forms provided. No alteration(s) to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process, to give preference to Native American owned companies and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner.
