The City of Olean reserves the right to waive any informalities, or, to reject any or all proposals. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for a period of 60 days after date of opening. 1. Repair of approximately 660' of 6' chain link fence. This portion of fence is the rear property fence (East side of property). Repair of existing fence to include minor tree branch clearing, replumbing of posts as necessary, repair or replacement of fabric as necessary, and removal of any barbed wire or other hazards. Where repair is impractical, full replacement may be needed. 2. Replacement of 1,000' of 6' galvanized chain link fence. This portion of fence is the front and sides of the property (West, North, and South edge of property). Removal of existing fence and full replacement. Fence to be 6' galvanized, commercial grade. 3. Installation of three 18' rolling gates. Installation of these gates into the newly replaced section of fence, with two gates being located on the front of the property (West) and one gate being located on the side of the property (North). Gates to be rolling style.
