The Williamsburg Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County, Ohio, will be accepting sealed bids for the Williamsburg Township Emergency Services Building Kitchen Renovation, located at 915 W Main Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. The project site is located at 915 W Main Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. The bid is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, warranties, and all other items required to renovate the Emergency Services Building kitchen. Each Bidder MUST submit their bid in DUPLICATE, one (1) original paper copy, along with one (1) searchable PDF copy on a USB. All copies must be in a sealed envelope marked: BID- Williamsburg Township Emergency Services Building Kitchen Renovation. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount of 100% of the bid if in the form of a Bid Bond or in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders and pursuant with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Letters of credit and bid bonds must be filed with original signatures. Facsimile and electronic copies of the letter of credit, bid bond and Power of Attorney of the Surety will be deemed non-responsive. All labor must be performed at Federal prevailing wage rates. Williamsburg Township Emergency Services Building Kitchen Renovation Project Description is to Demo the existing kitchen area and storage closet including the removal of all existing cabinets and ceiling. Permits will be required to be obtained by the contractor. Renovation of the demolition area will be completed to current building code standards based on the architectural drawings provided by Williamsburg Township. Framing, drywall, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and paint will be completed to the current building code standards based on the architectural drawings. Cabinets shall be a solid wood cabinet and installed. Counter tops shall be a granite counter top or equivalent. Backsplash shall be tile. New ceiling should be a drop ceiling. Flooring shall be a LVP flooring with cove base baseboard. Appliances will be purchased by the owner and installed by the contractor. The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action and to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder.
