SCOPE OF WORK SBCS is requesting Bids from Offerors to provide the most practical, time effective and cost-efficient solution to renovate the Security Entrance at Salem Elementary School as described in the Project Manual. The description of services shall establish minimum requirements and expectations. Spotsylvania County Public Schools intends to award to one Contractor but expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, and to award a bid to be in the best interests of Spotsylvania County Public Schools. CONTRACT TERM Contract Term will be from the date of Notice to Proceed through March 10, 2025.
