Contract Description: Work of the Project includes removal and regulated disposal of all proposed excavated and tree materials associated with the King Park Berm on the northwest side of the park in accordance with the plans, specifications, and permit requirements. Project Completion/ Substantial Completion Date/Calendar Days: Work can start as soon as NTP, but must be completed by 06/15/2025 Project funded by ARPA Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation goal for this project is 12% percent. Bidders shall submit a completed contractor qualification statement not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Contractor qualification statement is valid for a three-year period commencing on the date accepted. Refer to Milwaukee County Ordinance Chapter 43 for more information. For Federally Funded Contracts wage rates are established pursuant to Federal Labor Determination and Provisions. To Be Considered for This Project All Required Tbe-14 / Dbe-14 Forms Shall Be Completed and Signed by Prime and Submitted as Indicated in Invitation to Bid. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
