Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Engineer's Estimate $750K to $1.25M. WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of the new storm sewer, curb, sidewalks, asphalt paving, multi-use pathways, illumination, striping, signage, landscaping, and other appurtenant work on approximately 600 feet of a new collector street. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. AWARD: The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
