Awarded contractor - Lynn Vessels Construction for $6,681,603.42 This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for purchase and installation of water line, storm drain improvements, paving, streetlights, pedestrian crossing, irrigation conduit, erosion control and traffic control during construction operations for Heritage Ranch Trail and Lone Star Parkway. Demolition of the existing street pavement and features along the proposed project limits will also be required. The project also includes the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Heritage Ranch Trail and Lone Star Parkway, and a right turn lane on US HWY 82 Frontage Road in TxDOT right of way.
