This Project shall be delivered using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. The Consultant's Scope of Services is included as Exhibit A. The Treatment Technology Study is attached under separate cover as Exhibit 4. The Conceptual Design Report is attached under separate cover as Exhibit 5. The Thornton Water Treatment Plant Conforming to Construction Drawings are attached under separate cover as Exhibit 6. To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed the design of a gravity filter or gravity granular activated carbon (GAC) contactor project with a minimum capacity of twenty (20) mgd as design engineer within the past eight (8) years. In addition, proposing firms must have successfully completed (construction completion) a project utilizing CMAR or progressive design-build project delivery method on a water treatment plant project with construction value of at least fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) within the past eight (8) years.
