Renovation of a municipal facility in LaFayette, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project generally consists of roofing repairs, retaining wall repairs, window replacements, and selective demolition, including hazardous material abatement, to stabilize the existing building for future development. Bidders are advised that this contract will require the contractor and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates as a minimum in accordance with the current State Wage Rate Schedules. The Contract has established goals of 20% Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and 10% Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) participation. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
