Melton Hill Water Treatment Plant Sedimentation Improvements The Project consists of the following major elements: installation of hybrid plate settlers and sludge collectors at Melton Hill Water Treatment Plant, including associated appurtenances, and electrical and control improvements for a complete project as shown or specified in the Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. This project is being supported in whole or in part, by Federal award number 21.027 awarded to Knox County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
