The City of Allen, Texas is seeking a Design / Build firm to perform typical and complete design build services in conjunction with design and construction of the Cottonwood Creek Bank Stabilization and Trail Replacement. Question Cut Off Date 10/25/2024 05:00:00 PM (CT) Scope of work: The project location is within the Allen City limits. The project location is in the main/side channel of Cottonwood Creek. The goal of the RFQ is to select a design-build firm “TEAM” to construct an engineered solution to prevent/stop erosion around adjacent infrastructure to include but not limited to North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) utilities, sidewalks / trails, and drainage pipes generally shown on the attached exhibit. Additionally, restoration of the creek bank to its previous condition will be necessary, to include the trail replacement.
