Dam Rehabilitation-Construction Oversight Engineering Firm to provide Dam Rehabilitation-Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance. The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") for West Virginia Conservation Agency ("Agency"), from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. Vendor questions due by 2:00PM EST/EDT 2024-08-30 The purpose for which this EOI is being solicited is to provide necessary professional engineering and technical services related to the construction oversight at two (2) dam locations Brush Creek - site #14 and Brush Creek - site #15 related to the rehabilitation of multi-purpose flood control structures located in Mercer County West Virginia; (the "Projects"). The Director reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in bids or specifications in accordance with West Virginia Code of State Rules 148-1-4.6. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
