Clinton Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements. Description: The Project includes the following Work: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and construct the improvements in their entirety as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The Work may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. the replacement of 58 concrete/ brick manholes 2. the pipebursting of 2,813 LF of 6" existing sewer lines to 8"; the pipebursting of 1,305 LF of 8" existing sewer lines; the pipebursting of 2,390 LF of 10" existing sewer lines 3. manhole rehabilitation by use of a cementitious/epoxy sealant and grout injections 4. manhole bench and invert repair 5. replacement of 44 Manhole ring, lid, and concrete collars 6. 10 manhole frame and grade adjustments 7. pre and post CCTV and cleaning 8. mobilization and demobilization 9. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 10. site grading 11. miscellaneous appurtenances 12. safety systems 13. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
