CLIFTON SANITATION DISTRICT'S SOLAR ARRAY AND BATTERY STORAGE PROJECT Question Deadline 09/20/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted in writing via email to the Owners Authorized Representative, Eli Jennings, with a subject line that reads ejennings@cliftonsanitation.com Clifton Sanitation District (District) is pleased to invite you to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for their upcoming Solar Array and Battery Energy Storage System Design-Build Project (Project). The Project is located in Clifton, Colorado and includes design services, equipment procurement, and construction of a 0.99 MWAC Solar Array and 500-kW Battery Energy Storage System. The District intends to use a two-step procurement process to select the most qualified Contractor for their Project. This Request for Qualifications is the first step and is intended to form a shortlist of qualified Contractors from which the District will provide a Request for Proposals (RFP) package to directly solicit technical and cost-based proposals. Interested Contractors should possess the qualifications, expertise, licensure, and resources to provide the required duties and prepare and submit a Statement of Qualifications per the specific requirements listed in the RFQ.
