The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to complete the contract per plans and specifications by the dates specified below. Project consists of installation of a new precast 6' x 2.5' RCB culvert along Pacific and crossing Golden Avenue. Installation of sidewalk, new bioretention basin, and pavement repairs and replacement. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
