The Successful Respondent(s) shall provide Flooring Services on an "as-required" basis at various EPL facilities. The Successful Respondent(s) shall provide all labour, material, equipment, and tools necessary to complete all Services as specified and authorized by EPL. On-Demand Flooring Services: The vendor will provide flooring installation, repair, maintenance, and related services as requested by the client, on an as-needed basis. Types of Flooring Covered: The scope should specify the types of flooring the vendor is qualified to install or service, such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and specialty flooring (e.g., anti-static, industrial-grade). Installation of resilient flooring which includes but is not limited to: - Vinyl sheet and tile flooring including solid vinyl and vinyl composition tile. - Linoleum sheet and tile flooring. - Rubber sheet and tile flooring. - Cork tile flooring. - Specialty resilient flooring (safety flooring, gym flooring, etc.). - Conductive flooring.
