Pre bid cancel as per Adda 1 The Work presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consisting of furnishing an aluminum gangway approximately 4 feet wide and 65 feet long; furnish an approximate 6-foot 8-inch-tall stair tower capable of supporting the shore side end of the gangway at the Port of Alaska Petroleum Cement Terminal (PCT). The gangway and stair tower shall be delivered to the PCT and will be installed by others. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $100,001 to $500,000 At the above indicated time, the bids will be opened publicly and read. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Officer prior to the time fixed for opening of the bids to be considered. Time of receipt will be as determined by the time stamp in the Purchasing Office, Suite 520. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days from the time of the opening. The Municipality shall not be responsible for bid preparation costs, nor for costs, including attorney fees, associated with any (administrative, judicial or otherwise) challenge to the determination of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and/or award of contract, and/or rejection of bids. By submitting a bid, each bidder agrees to be bound in this respect and waives all claims to such costs and fees.
