The City is seeking sealed bids for residential loose leaf collection services for fiscal years 2025 through 2028. The Contractor will have a leaf collection crew and equipment, (hereinafter called the "leaf crew"), available for use under the Contract beginning November 1st, 2024, and shall remain available through December 23rd, 2024. This crew will consist of two (2) leaf collection trucks with leaf boxes, one (1) industrial leaf vacuum, two (2) drivers, and three (3) laborers to rake leaves. The Contractor shall have spare unit equal to the unit listed below in case of breakdown. LOCATION OF WORK The services will be performed in various residential subdivisions, streets and locations throughout the City, as directed by the City. All Bid s submitted to and accepted by the City shall become the exclusive property of the City and shall not be returned. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in full or in part and/or to waive any technicalities and/or informalities as best may serve the interests of the City. The City is under no obligation to any Bidder until a contract is executed for the Services described herein. The City reserves the right to modify the Solicitation Schedule at any time as best may serve the interests of the City; any and all modifications shall be made by addendum or amendment and posted on the Procurement Webpage. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be Eastern Time (daylight or standard, as applicable).
