The work generally includes cleaning all elements targeted for protection, epoxy application, petrolatum tape application, installation of a durable outer cover to the piles, and other related items of work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount including any additive alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Estimated Cost: Over $400,000 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing.
