Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

MEMS is seeking bid proposals from commercial HVAC contractors. MEMS is seeking bid proposals from commercial HVAC contractors only. Contractor must be in good standing with AR BBB. If requested, Contractor must be able to provide written documentation that shows Contractor is able to perform all work necessary as outlined within SOW. Contractor will be responsible for all phases of work project including, but not limited to, bringing in, installing, testing all equipment necessary to install a fully functional air conditioning (HVAC) system that once complete will be completely operational. Contractor will be responsible to oversee all aspects of this project. All work will be inspected, and acceptance issued prior to submission of invoice for payment. MEMS reserves the right to most qualified Supplier. MEMS is an EOE 437941f Work will start within the first quarter of 2025. However, MEMS staff will meet with selected Contractor, and set a hard work start date.
