Site work for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Engineers estimateded cost for this project is between $240,000 and $270,000.00 Wade Springs is a culinary water spring that produces about 134 million gallons per year that enters the Pleasant Grove City culinary system. The south portion of the spring was redeveloped in 2011. The north section of the spring has had problems with root penetrations, and a collapsed section of pipe. This project will redevelop the north portion of the spring by replacing the collection pipe, collection box, and collection area gravel to maximize the collection of spring water. The contractor will be able to perform this work on their schedule before March 31, 2025.
