2.32 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, roundabout construction, sewers, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, signage, guardrail and pavement markings on M-72 from Division Street northerly to Cherry Bend Road in the city of Traverse City, Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. Net classification required for this project is 22711 Ea or Comb/Jt. 22711 Cb, K In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, Ea and K. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
