Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Grand-Héron elementary school building. The scope of work includes replacement of the boiler room, upgrades to the ventilation system, replacement of interior finishes (ceilings, gymnasium floor, floors, wall painting), replacement of electrical panels, water supply piping, renovation of sanitary blocks, repair of the lighting system, repairs to interior stairs and roof. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints the owner has reduced the volume of work, included the most urgent ones in the scope of the project followed in the report under CRM Id name Replacement of End-of-life Boilers, Pumps and Chimneys (in Batches) - Multiple Establishments and awarded, based on a contract agreement 25-112_033-225064 /20125536, a site work sub trade contractor for the improvement of the schoolyard (playground, play structures, sports equipment, markings and plants). Construction is underway. If new sub trade tenders are issued, they will be followed in new separate reports.
