Renovation of a fire / police facility in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,033-square-foot fire / police facility.

The work to be done consists primarily of removal and replacement of existing mechanical roof-top equipment and associated ductwork. Additional scope includes re-roofing and demolition of the existing solar panels. Bids are required for the entire Work BID SECURITY: Bidders must scan and upload with their bid documents, a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Long Beach, drawn on a solvent bank in the United States of America, or a satisfactory bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the bid 2. A corporate surety bond in favor of the City of Long Beach in an amount not less than 100 percent of the Contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract, and 3. A corporate surety bond in an amount not less than 100 percent of the Contract price for the payment of all labor and material claims, and 4. Evidence of required insurance coverage as written in Division H of the Bid Specifications.
