MA-2023 NEW ST. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: The major construction items include approximately: approximately 1,328 s.y. HMA Milling, 2" Thick; 164 tons Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M-64 Surface Course, 2'' Thick; 85 s.y. Hot Mix Asphalt Driveway, Variable Thickness (2'' Surface, 5'' Base); 330 s.f. Traffic Markings Symbols; 5 units Inlet, Type ''B'' Repair & Upgrade with Curb Piece Type 'N' Eco; and various other restoration items. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms provided in the Bid Package in the manner designated therein, and required by the Specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Town of Clinton, 43 Leigh Street Clinton, NJ 08809, and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit with either a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and such other documents and certifications as required in the Bid Package, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
