The work involves installing an artesian well, two geothermal test wells and a thermal conductivity test. In order to build the wells on the vacant site, the contractor will have to clear the access roads for his machinery. The site is vacant and wooded, east of chemin de l'Achigan Ouest in Sainte-Sophie. No municipal infrastructure (sewer or aqueduct) serves the land. The Tenderer must submit with its Tender a tender security equivalent to ten per cent (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender. This bid security must be submitted in one of the following forms
